JADE REALMS / GUIDES

Import JadeRealms assets into Unity

Choose a supplied FBX and prefab when available. A GLB file needs a compatible glTF importer.

Import steps

  1. Read the model’s Formats and Engine check sections. If an FBX and Unity prefab are supplied, download the complete ZIP rather than importing only the web preview.
  2. Copy the required asset folders and their .meta files into a new folder in your project’s Assets directory. Preserve dependencies; keep your own ProjectSettings and Packages.
  3. Wait for Unity to import the files, then select the model to review its import settings. Place the supplied prefab, or the imported model, in a separate test scene.
  4. Check scale, materials and render-pipeline compatibility. A standalone GLB requires a compatible glTF importer. LOD groups and colliders exist only when the package explicitly supplies them.

Before using the asset in a game

The catalog currently describes static assets. A successful import does not certify animation, navigation, a standalone game build or mobile frame rate. Each model page states its supplied features and test limits.
